Tasting notes

"(...) It sports a youthful ruby color to go with classic black cherry, peppery herbs and a kiss of bacon fat on the nose. Medium-bodied, elegant and with excellent purity of fruit, its light tannin and bright acidity suggest it's best consumed over the coming 5-7 years, although I've no doubt it will hold for longer."
