The Sylvain Cathiard & Fils Hautes Côtes de Nuits "Aux Chaumées" 2021 is an exceptional red wine from the Burgundy region, crafted from the Pinot Noir grape. This vintage reveals a bright ruby red color and a complex nose, blending fresh red fruit aromas such as cherry and raspberry, along with floral and spicy notes.
