"(...) Refulgent garnet in color, it has a dense, raspberry and blackcurrant bouquet with touches of undergrowth and what feels like “stemminess” coming through (even though it was completely de-stemmed!) The palate is medium-bodied with a tannic, quite masculine entry. (...)."

Joseph Drouhin founded the négociant company which bears his name in 1880.

Joseph Drouhin has three wineries: one in Beaune (its headquarters), one in Chablis, and, since 1988, a third in Oregon's Willamette Valley. 

Today, Drouhin follows biodynamic principles in the vineyards they own; organic farming is being practiced throughout all Drouhin properties.
