Freshness and wild Intense and complex nose carried by small red fruits, wild strawberries, iodized notes. Velvety palate, fine and silky tannins, aromas of fresh strawberries and saline notes on the finish. Incredible length, an exceptional bottle. To be opened one hour before tasting.fruit, with great sapidity! Made from a selection of 40 year old Vermentino vines, with low yields (25 hl/ha). The grapes are picked at full maturity, only in the morning, in small crates and pressed immediately. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
