"The 2019 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume La Pièce Au Comte is brilliant, mingling notes of crisp green orchard fruit and Meyer lemon with hints of pastry cream, dried white flowers and oyster shell. Medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, it's immensely concentrated and multidimensional, with racy acids and an abundance of chalky structuring extract."
