Beaune Bressandes 1er cru 1999 - Albert Morot

Tasting notes

"(...)the expressive and notably ripe nose displays almost no secondary character to the dark pinot fruit and earth suffused nose that is trimmed in discreet but not invisible wood influence. There is excellent richness and volume to the delicious, round and still quite intense medium-bodied flavors that possess fine complexity on the long and very serious finish. For my taste this is at least 5 to 8 years away from its peak and even when it arrives there it should hold for years to come."
