    A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier, vinified without sulfur, with 30 months of aging on lees. This rare cuvée (2,520 bottles) delivers vibrant freshness, aromas of white fruits, and a creamy, elegant finish.

  2. Blanc Comme Neige
    A Grand Cru 100% Chardonnay that expresses the purity and minerality of the Champagne terroir. Its extended aging on lees gives it unique complexity, with subtle aromas of lemon and green apple, and a long, elegant finish.

  3. Les Vins de Mon Coeur
    A blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, naturally fermented. This round, expressive champagne offers ripe red fruit aromas, a fruity, slightly spicy finish, balancing power and finesse.
