"The Selosse NV Sec Exquise (...) displays apple and almond paste tinged with honey, along with a remarkable transparency to floral perfume and chalky, stony nuances for a wine of decided sweetness and leesy richness. I don’t know that I’ll ever get a chance to try putting a bottle through its paces at table, much less cellar one, but my intuition would be to give this a few years in bottle first, and I would not be surprised to witness it performing well for a half dozen or more. "
