Bollinger Grande Année 1992 (magnum, 1.5 l)

Tasting notes

"This vintage was made by Gérard Liot, a local Champenois who joined the family-owned house of Bollinger in 1969 and retired as chef de caves in 2004. His Bollinger Vieille Vignes Françaises 1992 is legendary, despite the relatively low-key reputation of the vintage in general, but this Grande Année 1992 is a slow developer and could even be the greater wine in the long run. It is 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir, with a dosage of 10g/l."
