INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE ESTATE

Johann Christian Henschke first planted a small vineyard at Keyneton in Eden Valley in 1861, but it was fourth-generation Cyril Alfred Henschke who in 1958 created the most famous wine - Hill of Grace.

Hill of Grace includes fruit from the 150 year-old vines in the 'Grandfathers' block - some of the world's oldest commercially-producing vines. Henschke also makes the iconic Mount Edelstone and Cyril Henschke.
