Domaine René Rostaing

The Domaine René Rostaing has been crafting exceptional wines since 1971, though it wasn't until nearly three decades later that winemaking became a full-time pursuit for René Rostaing. Today, the estate spans 7.5 hectares, spread across 20 different parcels in 14 lieux-dits. René Rostaing produces four distinct Côte-Rôtie wines: Ampodium, La Landonne, Côte Blonde, and Côte Brune. Among these, the 1.6 hectares of vines in the La Landonne vineyard are perhaps the most celebrated, producing wines of extraordinary depth and complexity. The Côte-Rôtie "La Landonne" is particularly renowned for its remarkable aging potential. The Côte Blonde and Côte Brune offer unique expressions of their respective terroirs, with the Ampodium cuvée delivering balance and elegance. Each cuvée showcases the estate's commitment to reflecting the terroir and producing fine wines that appeal to collectors seeking sophistication and longevity.
