Viticulture & Philosophy

Joseph Colin follows a non-certified organic approach, inspired by biodynamics and lunar cycles. His goal is to respect the energy of the wine and allow each vineyard to speak clearly:

• Hand-harvested grapes

• Whole-cluster pressing

• No settling, no bâtonnage, no racking

• Aging on fine lees in 350 to 500 L oak barrels, minimal new oak

• No fining or filtration

• Minimal sulphur – only at bottling
