Domaine du Collier

Domaine du Collier was founded in 1999 by Antoine Foucault and Caroline Boireau, located in Brézé, in the Saumur region, at the heart of the Loire Valley. Antoine, the son of Charly Foucault from Clos Rougeard, gained valuable experience before establishing his own estate.

The estate spans approximately 7 hectares, primarily planted with Chenin Blanc (about two-thirds) and Cabernet Franc (one-third). The vines, aged between 20 and 75 years, are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, with a strong focus on biodiversity and soil health.

Among the estate's flagship cuvées, "La Charpentrie" comes from centenarian vines, offering exceptional density and complexity. The annual production is intentionally limited to about 1,200 cases, ensuring optimal quality. Domaine du Collier is recognized for its wines that blend power and finesse, perfectly reflecting the unique terroir of Brézé.
