Zeta 2003 - Fam. Zuccardi (case of 6 bot.)

Tasting notes

"Zuccardi’s flagship wine is the 2003 Zeta of which 1200 cases were produced. It is a blend of 60% Malbec and 40% Tempranillo aged for 14 months in new French (for the Malbec) and American (for the Tempranillo) oak. Purple-colored, it has a complex perfume of violets, mineral, tobacco, saddle leather, cassis, plum, blueberry, and blackberry. This leads to a plush, medium-bodied wine with mouth-filling fruit, sweet tannins, spicy red and black fruit flavors, and a very long finish. (...)"
